Ship a chapter-indexed library, not a single clip.

Built for independent course creators and trainers who teach anything that can't risk hallucinations. One PDF, syllabus, or SOP becomes a multi-video library with chapter titles, numbering, and visual style consistent across the whole set — every frame rendered programmatically via Remotion in isolated sandboxes — deterministic, not generative.

Sheet 03 · Series cadence

  • Source paying-user projects

Six paying users. Double-digit libraries. One document each.

Series mode is the central claim of this page. Below is the behavioral proof — each row is one real paying user who turned a single blueprint into a chapter-indexed library. Numbers are drawn from in-product project data, not marketing estimates.

Why series, not clip

A library is not twelve clips glued together.

Learners move through a syllabus, a certification blueprint, or an SOP sequentially. The production model has to match that shape.

01 · Coherence

Library coherence across the whole set

Chapter titles, numbering, typographic treatment, and visual style stay consistent from episode 1 to episode 37. Learners never see a formatting jump halfway through.

02 · Per-chapter revision

Revise one episode, not the library

When the source doc changes, regenerate the affected episode in the natural-language editor. The other chapters stay as they were — you don't rerun work you've already shipped.

03 · Blueprint mapping

Every video maps to the source

Episodes line up to syllabus bullets, certification clauses, or SOP sections. The library reads like your blueprint — because it was generated from it.

When to reach for it

Four shapes of document that belong in series mode.

Large exam syllabi

Cambridge IGCSE, IB DP, AP, A-Level, JEE, NEET — scope-and-sequence documents where learners expect one playlist per topic block.

Certification libraries

FDNY C of F, OSHA, PMP, STCW, NCARB ARE — multi-clause blueprints where each clause block becomes its own episode.

Bilingual onboarding

One SOP source produces a role-based lesson set; regenerate the same library in a second language without rebuilding the visuals.

Revision cycles

Regulations update yearly; exam boards publish annual errata. Regenerate the affected episode without rerunning the library.

Frequently asked

Common questions about series mode

What does series-based generation mean?
One source document becomes a chapter-indexed multi-video library in a single job, not a single clip. Diana shipped 37 Cambridge IGCSE 0620 Chemistry videos across Topics 1–8 in about two months; cofprep.com shipped a 12-video FDNY Certificate of Fitness library in 27 days. Every video maps to a syllabus bullet, certification clause, or SOP section.
Which inputs work best with series mode?
Any document with retrievable chapter structure: exam syllabi (Cambridge IGCSE, IB DP, AP), certification blueprints (FDNY C of F, OSHA, STCW, NCARB ARE), SOPs and compliance manuals, long PDFs with numbered sections, and decks with clear module breaks. Syllabus to Video and PDF to Video are the usual starting points.
How do I revise one chapter without rerunning the whole library?
Open the affected episode in the natural-language editor and describe the change in plain language. Regenerate the affected episode without rerunning the library. The other chapters stay as they were.
Does the output include talking-head avatars?
No. The output is knowledge visualization — diagrams, annotated formulas, animated figures, chapter cards — rendered programmatically via Remotion in isolated sandboxes. No talking heads, no hallucinations.
Can series mode produce bilingual libraries?
Yes. c.rivera at Sunny Schools shipped an 11-video childcare SOP library bilingually in English and Spanish. Verified multilingual output includes ES, FR, DE, AR, PT, JA, KO, and ZH across 40+ countries of paying users.
