Terms of Service for X-Pilot

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the X-Pilot website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service") provided by XPilot Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

X-Pilot is an AI-powered platform that transforms knowledge-based documents and materials ("User Content") into video courses and other video formats.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property

This is the most important section.

You Own Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you upload to the Service.

You Own the Output: You also own all rights to the videos and other materials generated by the Service based on your User Content ("Generated Content").

Our License to Your Content: To operate and provide the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your User Content. This license is solely for the purpose of enabling us to provide the Service to you (e.g., processing your document to create a video). This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and you represent that you have all necessary rights to use it with our Service without infringing on any third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Our Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload or generate any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of the Service.

Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden it.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS." We make no warranties, express or implied. In no event shall XPilot Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
